Terms of service of itmk.xyz

1. The service

itmk.xyz (https://itmk.xyz) is run by [owner's full name], [postal address] ("we"). It lets you sign in with your Google account and connect your Google Drive, so that the tools offered here can keep your work in your own Drive. It is free of charge. By signing in you accept these terms.

2. Access

Access is by invitation: you can sign in only with a Google account whose email address we have added to the list of allowed users. We may end access at any time, for example when an invitation expires or these terms are broken.

3. Your Google account and Drive

• You sign in through Google, and Google's own terms apply to your Google account. You are responsible for keeping it secure.
• Connecting Google Drive is optional. It gives itmk.xyz access only to files it creates or that you open with it. Files in your Drive remain yours, and stay in your Drive when you disconnect it or delete your account.
• You can disconnect Drive or delete your account on your account page at any time. The privacy policy explains what data we process.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use itmk.xyz to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to access accounts or data that are not yours, or to overload it with automated requests.

5. Availability and liability

We provide the service as it is, and may change, suspend or discontinue it. We aim to keep it available and secure, but cannot promise that it will always work without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost data outside the service; keep your own copies of important files. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

6. Changes to these terms

We will publish any new version here with a new date. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply; if you do not accept them, delete your account.
